2. Event Participation
By purchasing a ticket and attending a SYNC Social Club experience, you acknowledge that participation in physical activities such as yoga, breathwork, workshops or movement based sessions involves inherent risks.
You confirm that:
• you are voluntarily participating in the experience
• you are physically and mentally able to participate
• you take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing
• you will inform facilitators of any medical conditions prior to participation
SYNC Social Club and its facilitators shall not be held liable for injuries, damages or losses incurred during participation unless caused by proven negligence.
3. Ticket Purchase
All ticket purchases made through our website or payment partners such as Stripe are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive confirmation of your booking via email. SYNC Social Club reserves the right to:
• modify event details
• change facilitators or venue within reasonable limits
• reschedule events if necessary
Participants will be informed of any significant changes in advance.
4. Code of Conduct
SYNC Social Club is committed to providing a safe and respectful environment for all participants.
By attending our experiences, you agree to:
• respect other participants, facilitators and staff
• follow instructions provided during sessions
• avoid disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
SYNC Social Club reserves the right to remove participants from an event without refund in cases of misconduct or behaviour that may compromise the safety or wellbeing of others.
6. Photography and Media
During our events, photographs or video recordings may be taken for promotional purposes. By attending a SYNC Social Club experience, you consent to the use of your image in marketing materials, social media and website content unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos and branding, is the property of SYNC Social Club and may not be reproduced, distributed or used without prior written permission.
8. Force Majeure
SYNC Social Club shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure in performance resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Al adquirir una entrada y asistir a una experiencia de SYNC Social Club, reconoces que la participación en actividades físicas como yoga, breathwork, talleres o sesiones de movimiento implica riesgos inherentes.
Confirmas que:
• participas voluntariamente
• estás física y mentalmente apto
• asumes la responsabilidad de tu salud y bienestar
• informarás a los facilitadores de cualquier condición médica
SYNC Social Club y sus facilitadores no serán responsables por lesiones o daños salvo en casos de negligencia demostrada.
3. Compra de Entradas
Todas las entradas adquiridas están sujetas a disponibilidad y confirmación de pago.
SYNC Social Club se reserva el derecho de:
• modificar los detalles del evento
• cambiar facilitadores o ubicación dentro de límites razonables
• reprogramar eventos si es necesario
4. Código de Conducta
Al asistir a nuestros eventos aceptas:
• respetar a otros participantes
• seguir las instrucciones

SYNC Social Club podrá retirar participantes sin reembolso si comprometen la seguridad del evento.
5. Fotografía y Medios
Durante los eventos podrán tomarse fotografías o grabaciones de vídeo con fines promocionales.

2. Deelname aan evenementen
Door een ticket te kopen en deel te nemen aan een ervaring van SYNC Social Club, erken je dat deelname aan fysieke activiteiten zoals yoga, breathwork, workshops of bewegingssessies inherente risico’s met zich meebrengt.
Je bevestigt dat:
• je vrijwillig deelneemt
• je fysiek en mentaal in staat bent om deel te nemen
• je zelf verantwoordelijk bent voor je gezondheid en welzijn
• je de facilitators informeert over eventuele medische aandoeningen

Alle tickets die via onze website of via betaalpartners zoals Stripe worden gekocht, zijn afhankelijk van beschikbaarheid en bevestiging van betaling.
Na een succesvolle verwerking van de betaling ontvang je een bevestiging van je reservering per e-mail.
SYNC Social Club behoudt zich het recht voor om:
• evenementdetails te wijzigen
• facilitators of locaties binnen redelijke grenzen te wijzigen

• respect voor andere deelnemers, facilitators en medewerkers
• het opvolgen van de instructies die tijdens de sessies worden gegeven
• het vermijden van storend of ongepast gedrag
SYNC Social Club behoudt zich het recht voor om deelnemers van een evenement te verwijderen, zonder terugbetaling, in gevallen van ongepast gedrag of gedrag dat de veiligheid of het welzijn van anderen in gevaar kan brengen.
5. Fotografie en mediabestanden
Tijdens onze evenementen kunnen foto’s of video-opnames worden gemaakt voor promotionele doeleinden.
