CONTINUE THE JOURNEY BEYOND THE SESSIONS
A little gift inspired by the beautiful moments we share during our immersive yoga sessions with Isabelle San Miguel. Created to bring the same sense of calmness, presence, and reconnection into your mornings and evenings, wherever you are.
We hope these meditations make you feel a little more grounded, supported, and connected to yourself!
7 DAYS MEDITATION PRACTICE
A free guided meditation 7 days journey created by our facilitator Isabelle San Miguel, whose guidance many of you already know from our SYNC immersive yoga, breathwork, and meditation experiences.
This experience includes two 30 minutes meditations, one for the morning and one for the evening, designed to support you in slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and creating more presence in your everyday life.
Whether you are completely new to meditation or already have your own practice, these seven days are an invitation to pause, breathe, soften, and simply be.
Sometimes all it takes is a few intentional moments each day to remember who you are beneath the noise.
We are so happy to share this with you!
NOTES FROM ISABELLE:
What you are about to do is not exercise. It is not discipline. It is not another thing to add to your list.
This practice is a homecoming.
For the next seven days, you are going to give yourself two gifts: one when you wake, and one when you sleep. Thirty minutes in the morning to open the day from the inside out. Thirty minutes at night to close the day in the arms of something greater than your story.
That is all.
Here is what the science tells us:
It takes approximately 66 days for a behavior to become automatic, but it takes as few as 7 days for you to feel a measurable difference in how you experience reality. Seven days of changed brainwave patterns, of a more coherent heart field, of new neural pathways laid down in your prefrontal cortex.
Seven days can genuinely and measurably change who you are.
And here is what the wisdom traditions tell us:
You do not have to earn your way to peace. You do not have to meditate for years before you are allowed to feel whole.
Wholeness is not something you achieve. It is something you remember.
And the remembering can happen on day one.
DAY BY DAY
Day 1 & 2
You may feel like you are simply following instructions. That is perfect. The body is learning the map. Something is already beginning that you cannot yet feel.
Day 3
Many people notice something shifts on the third day. A moment of unexpected calm. A situation that would normally have triggered you that somehow… doesn’t. Notice this. It is not a coincidence.
Day 4 & 5
The heart begins to lead. You may find yourself making different choices, not because you are trying to, but because you genuinely feel differently. You may find you want different things. You may find the things that once felt urgent no longer feel urgent.
Day 6
Something softens. Many people report feeling a love for their own life that feels new and surprising. Not because the circumstances changed, but because the eyes changed.
Day 7
You will look back at Day 1 and realize you are not the same person. The difference may be quiet and internal, but it will be real. And real is everything.
One Simple Rule
Do not check your phone before your morning practice. Not even for one minute!
Those first moments after waking are when your brain is most open, most receptive, most impressionable. Whatever you feed it first becomes the template for the day. Feed it this practice.
A Last Word Before You Begin
Some of what you hear may surprise you. Some of it may move you in ways you were not expecting. Some of it may bring up feelings that seem to have nothing to do with the words.
Let all of it happen.
This practice does not work by making you feel better about your life. It works by returning you to the dimension of your being where the suffering was never as real as it seemed. Where the love was never actually absent. Where the presence you have been longing for… was here all along.
You are not broken.
You never were.
You are welcome here.
And if this practice resonates deeply with you, we would love to welcome you into one of our upcoming SYNC yoga, meditation, and breathwork experiences!
