SYNC Sunday Social goes to Gandía for a Pool House Day!
We’re taking SYNC community out of the city for a full day in a private pool house in the mountains of Gandía!!
A summer day that feels easy, but still meaningful. Something between a getaway and a gathering!
What to expect:
A guided Yoga session to energize, open the body and calm your nervous system
A shared brunch , created as a moment for connection and socializing
A cacao ritual for deeper connection and presence
Pool & jacuzzi time to unwind and enjoy the space
Optional hike in nature (depending on the group vibe)
Time to disfrutar, socialize and, of course, connect with the community
A full day to slow down, move your body, enjoy good food, and spend time around the right people.

TRANSPORT & HOW TO GET THERE
Please note that transport to the retreat is not included. However, getting there is quite simple, and we’ll try to help everyone organize the easiest options.
The easiest way to reach Gandia from Valencia is usually by train from Estación del Norte. Trains normally run approximately every 25 minutes and cost around 6€ each way.
Since the retreat is still a bit ahead, we can’t fully see all schedules yet, but there are usually many options available throughout the day.
Approximate train options:
• Valencia → Gandia
9:07 → 10:22 am
• Gandia → Valencia
5:47 → 6:59 pm
6:17 → 7:35 pm
6:47 → 7:59 pm
Another easy option is the ALSA bus:
• Valencia → Gandia
8:00 → 9:05 am
• Gandia → Valencia
7:25 → 8:25 pm
The round trip is around 16,50€ in total.
For those arriving earlier with the bus, no worries at all. We’ll already be there and the space will be open, so everyone can slowly settle in, enjoy the pool, relax, connect, and ease into the day before the official start!
From Gandia station, it’s approximately a 15-minute taxi ride to the house, and we’ll also help people match up in pairs or small groups for the ride.
If some participants are coming by car, we’ll create a group chat and help coordinate shared rides as well.
In any case, we’ll make sure everyone finds an easy way to get there!
