2. Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sync Social Club website and participation in our events.

Acceptance:
By using our website or attending any event, you agree to abide by these terms.

Event Bookings:
Bookings are made through our platform. Full or partial payment (deposit) may be required to confirm your spot. A confirmation email is sent once payment is received.

Event Changes:
We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we offer full refunds or credit.

Code of Conduct:
We aim to create a respectful and safe space. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may lead to removal from the event without refund.

Intellectual Property:
All text, images, branding, and designs are property of Sync Social Club unless otherwise stated. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written permission.

Jurisdiction:
These terms are governed by Romanian and EU law. Any legal disputes shall be resolved in competent Romanian courts.

3. Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand life happens. Here's how we manage refunds fairly:

Refund Windows:
- Full refunds are available up to 3 days before the event.
- Depending on the event, refunds may be available up to 7 days before.
- Within 72 hours of the event, we cannot guarantee refunds due to advance logistics (venue, food, collaborators).

Event Cancellation:
If we cancel an event, we will offer you a full refund, credit, or the option to transfer to another event.

No-Shows:
If you do not attend without notice, no refund is issued.

Ticket Transfers:
You may transfer your booking to someone else at no cost. Just email us at least 24 hours in advance.

- If you are a VAT-registered company in another EU country, reverse charge rules may apply under Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC.
- In such cases, VAT is not charged on the invoice, and you must account for VAT in your own country.

If this applies to you, please provide a valid VAT number before invoicing. All invoices will state: “VAT reverse charge - Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC.”

If you are an individual or non-VAT registered client, standard VAT may apply depending on your country.
