A few years ago, I was that woman who snoozed her alarm five times, before waking up, scrolled Instagram before even getting out of bed, and wondered why I felt so disconnected from my own life.

After a toxic relationship left me drained and stuck, I decided something had to change.

I traveled, moved to Spain and built the habits, confidence, and inner calm that I’d always been craving. And now I empower other women to do the same which was the missing piece in my fulfillment.

As a wellbeing coach and personal trainer, my approach combines physical health, mindset work and daily, intentional habits that keep you grounded and help you get to know yourself on a deeper level to achieve anything you want.

This isn’t about a perfect morning. It’s about building a life that feels good from the moment you wake up.
